Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 2Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in marketing leadership positions 3.Solid understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning 4.Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns 5.Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools 6.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making 7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content 8.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 9.Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals 10.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
