We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who will lead and elevate our presence across social platforms, engaging communities, amplifying campaigns, and driving brand affinity.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management:
● Develop and implement a social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.) that aligns with company objectives.
● Plan and manage the content calendar, balancing product updates, campaign promotions, thought leadership, and community-driven content.
● Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and storytelling across channels.
Content Creation & Coordination:
● Collaborate with the Design Studio (designers, motion designers, videographers) to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and interactive content tailored for each platform.
● Write or oversee copywriting for social posts, captions, hashtags, and stories, ensuring relevance and engagement.
● Monitor social trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to keep the brand current and dynamic.
Community Engagement:
● Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, DMs, and user-generated content, and foster a loyal online community
● Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to extend reach and authenticity.
Campaign Promotion:
● Work closely with the Campaign Manager Specialist to amplify major campaigns and missions across social media.
● Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team on paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment between organic and paid efforts.
● Collaborate with the eCRM team to ensure consistency of messaging across social and in-app channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
● Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, sentiment, etc.) and deliver regular performance reports.
● Identify insights and recommend improvements to optimize content and strategy.
● Run A/B tests on post formats, timings, and messaging to improve engagement.
Required Qualifications
● 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably for a digital product, fintech app, or large consumer brand.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviors, and content formats.
● Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) and analytics tools.
● Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice per platform.
● Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, trends, and digital culture.
● Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional coordination.
Educational Background
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. Proven hands-on experience and creative results are what matter most.
