Job Summary
We are looking for a Product(Service) manager to join AP’s growing team. You will be a highly analytical professional who thinks about the Service through the eyes of the customer and is keen to help grow revenue from our expanding portfolio of services. 

A super talented Product(Service) Manager who manages delivery of the service. Defines and creates the service lifecycle roadmap so that it is aligned with Senior Management Visions & Strategies. determines priorities and activities in the service from Strategy, Design, Launch through Operation and Improvement. 

Service Manager who ensures the quality of their service, as well. Manages end-to-end, understands the industry and service offerings. Service Manager who also works Cross-Department from top level management to customer support to ensure teams deliver required service levels Planned and develop support resources and processes for the service to ensure SLAs are met.

Roles & Responsibilities
Main duties

As a service manager, they will:

●Provide smooth connection between Supporters Team in the Organization.

●Make sure the necessary processes are followed for the service to perform well on daily basis

●Translate product vision into prioritized requirements and user stories for Product teams to implement

●Own the budget and allocate funding based on decisions about priorities

●Be single point of accountability to IT & Management for the performance of the service

●Agree the overall metrics for the service and ensure they are met.

●Collect & Analyze customers’ feedbacks to improve UX & Product.

●Improving marketing activities of  the service to acquire and retain customers

●Manage vendor relationships such as negotiations, settling contract, following up on settlement or payment  processes and Etc.

●Create Performance/Operation reviews & reports to management on a Biweekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis or any further intervals needed.
