At ArzDigital, we’re shaping the future of cryptocurrency with innovative, user-centric applications. We’re seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to drive our frontend development, mentor a talented team, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Join us remotely and make an impact!

What You’ll Do

Lead Frontend Development: Architect and build robust applications using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Vite, ensuring clean architecture and SOLID principles.
Mentor & Guide: Lead a team of frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ensure Quality: Champion TDD, unit testing (Jest, Cypress), and maintain high code quality with modular, reusable components.
Streamline DevOps: Oversee CI/CD integration (Git, GitHub/GitLab CI, Docker) and optimize deployment processes.
Build Design Systems: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to maintain a scalable design system, ensuring pixel-perfect, accessible UIs (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).

What You Bring

Technical Expertise:
- 6+ years in frontend development, with 1+ years in a leadership role.
- Mastery of Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Vite, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, SSR/SSG.
- Strong knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and paradigms (OOP, POP, FP).
- Proficiency in unit testing, CI/CD, and Docker.
Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams and drive technical strategy.
Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and tools like Figma or Storybook.
Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with fintech/crypto domains.
