شرح موقعیت شغلی

In ArzDigital's product team, we are looking for a new teammate to collaborate with, both full-time and remotely. This is a foundational QA role where you will act as the ultimate advocate for our users, embedding quality into the heart of our product development. If you are proficient in this field, we would be happy to read your resume.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Strategy & End-to-End Test Design

Architect and implement a holistic quality assurance strategy that covers the entire ArzDigital ecosystem, including our web platform, iOS/Android mobile apps, and browser extensions.
Design and document comprehensive test plans for new features, from REST API validation to front-end user experience, ensuring alignment with product requirements.
Act as the "voice of the customer" in product planning and design reviews, proactively identifying potential issues, edge cases, and usability gaps before development begins.

2. Manual Testing & Defect Management

Execute detailed manual test cases across all platforms to validate functionality, data integrity, and UI/UX consistency, paying close attention to user-reported issues like app stability and data accuracy.
Meticulously document, track, and manage defects from discovery to resolution, working closely with the development team to ensure timely fixes.
Establish a baseline of quality for all products by creating structured, repeatable manual testing processes that serve as the foundation for future automation.

3. Test Automation & Framework Development

Develop and execute a long-term strategy to build our test automation capabilities from the ground up.
Identify high-value candidates for automation, with an initial focus on critical user journeys and our extensive REST API layer.
Architect, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites for web, mobile, and API testing.

4. Process Improvement & User Advocacy

Champion a culture of quality across the product and engineering teams, ensuring user trust is the top priority.
Continuously analyze user feedback and bug trends to drive improvements in both the product and the development process.
Serve as a central point of knowledge for how the entire system functions from an end-to-end user perspective.

Qualifications:

Strong Proficiency:

Manual & automated testing methodologies for web and mobile (iOS & Android) applications.
REST API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or similar.
Designing and writing clear, comprehensive test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
Agile/Scrum development environments.
Test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

Experienced With:

Building test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright.
Scripting in languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
Cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

Plus point:

A background in customer support or another direct user-facing role is highly desirable.
A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and FinTech.
