Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Product Designer at ArzDigital, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to conceptualize and design exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conduct user research and gather user insights to inform the design process.
Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all digital products.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in a product-focused environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
