We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent for a variety of industries and roles.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and attracting top talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking
Screening and interviewing potential candidates to ensure they are a good fit for the role and company
Building strong relationships with candidates to foster long-term partnerships
Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to meet business goals and objectives
Coordinating interviews and scheduling phone calls with candidates
Using Trello / Google Sheets to manage and track recruiting activities

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment or headhunting, either in-house or as a freelancer
Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
Knowledge of various recruiting tools and resources
Familiarity with Trello and applicant tracking systems and resume databases
