We are a fast-growing company seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Specialist to join our team and help us address our company culture problems. As the HR Specialist - Company Culture Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a healthy and positive work culture
Analyze employee feedback and address concerns to improve employee engagement and retention
Develop and deliver training programs on company values, ethics, and culture
Create and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation
Work with senior management to establish and maintain a company culture that aligns with the organization's vision and goals
Collaborate with other HR professionals to ensure that the company culture is reflected in all HR initiatives
Develop and manage employee wellness programs to promote a healthy and balanced work-life balance

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on company culture and employee engagement
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and senior management
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful HR strategies and initiatives
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
