Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
Helping to Product Owner to find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
Requirements
+2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present materials to the highest levels in the organization and the ability to frame complex issues
Knowing some essential practices and techniques
