Perform timely and accurate technical duties in the operation of end user security support. Responding to, diagnosing and follow up to resolving Symantec and Antivirus related issues, 24*7. Roles & Responsibilities(briefly):
· Installation, configuration and technical support of following products in large enterprise networks:
· Symantec Endpoint protection (Antivirus)
· Symantec Backup Solutions
· Microsoft Services
· Implement network monitoring
· Incident review
· Analyze detail and troubleshooting
· Monitor and report events and logs using Monitoring Tools
· Communicate with other technical and management teams via ticketing system, email, phone call
· Full time job
Minimum Requirements:
· BS in Computer Engineering/IT/Computer Science
· Maximum 30 years old
· Live in Tehran
· At least 2 years of experience as a Network Support Engineer or Admin
· Excellent knowledge of network and security concepts
· Experience in supporting network security products (enterprise scale) would be an advantage
· Excellent knowledge of Symantec Antivirus
· Familiar with DLP and SEP
· Microsoft and Cisco certificates would be an advantage
· certificates in IT Security courses would be an advantage
· General Knowledge in MS OS, Linux OS, DBs is a plus
· Working knowledge of MS Office
· Good command in English Language
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
