شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an English Content Specialist (Writer) with the following qualifications:

• Native-like command of English, specifically in writing and speaking (flawless grammar and writing

skills)

• Ability to think in English and write in English (translation from Farsi to English is not acceptable)

• Capable of producing creative written content about commodity trading, international trade and

ocean shipping and logistics

• Excellent editing and proofreading skills

• Familiar with drafting “Company Profiles”, “Resumes/CVs” and preparing commercial documents

in general

• Can generate written content for different purposes including websites, emails, etc.

• Can tolerate routine work and ambiguity at the same time

• Excellent story-telling and ideation skills

• Able to write about the same topics over and over, yet keep the generated result fresh and

creative as much as possible

• Perfect business English communication skills

• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

• Can work under pressure, tight-deadlines and manage multiple content generation requests

• Has at least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as an English Content Writer

• Is willing and quick to learn about new subjects

• Has good self-management, teamwork and coordination skills and can work independently with

little supervision

• Preferably has a university degree in English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Communication

or other relevant fields

Responsibilities:

• Generating well-structured, creative, fresh, grammatically accurate, technically relevant and

cohesive pieces of content based on the requests

• Conducting research and studies on industry and business-related topics when needed

• Adhering to the company’s writing guidelines, policies and practices (E.g., avoids using

translations tools, plagiarism, etc.)

• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.

• Assisting other team members with preparing written contents (emails, reports, etc.)

• Working closely with the Branding Team and other Content Writers to assist with preparing the

requested documents and materials

The most important thing the applicant needs to consider is that, a major part of the job includes

generating contents about almost the same set of topics repeatedly, but in a fresh and creative way. That

is to say copying or repetition is strictly prohibited.

Please also note that if the applicant does not have demonstrable work experience (writing samples), they

will be asked to submit a work sample (on a given topic) during the interview process
