شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Summary:
The HR Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various human resources initiatives and projects within an organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (specially HRIS Team), managing project timelines, requirements, and tasks, and ensuring that HR projects align with the overall strategic goals of the organization. It is needless to say that this role is the key role relating the HR, HRIS, software development and BI teams with each other. So it is important to be able to understand and translate the tasks for the target team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  2. Project Execution:
    • Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR specialists, IT, finance, and other relevant departments.
    • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  3. Resource Management:
    • Allocate and manage project resources efficiently to meet project goals.
    • Collaborate with HR leaders to identify and secure necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and funding.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
  5. Change Management:
    • Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation of HR projects.
    • Anticipate potential resistance and develop plans to address it.
  6. Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement improved processes.
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze data related to HR projects, presenting insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
    • Create project reports and dashboards for tracking progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration,  or a related field.
  • Full English Proficiency.
  • Proven experience as an Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Change management experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using project management software.
