Ownership and oversight for the production of high-quality statutory financial accounts and reports for local companies ·
Ensuring the legal entities and Business Units comply with all regulatory requirements regarding financial accounting ·
Ownership of the Audit, VAT & Tax filings ·
In-direct supervision of the Business Unit Finance for compliance to strict and quality bookkeeping reflecting the complete and accurate books of accounts ·
Review of monthly Balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations and present to CFO and FP&A ·
Technical accounting support to Business Unit Finance ·
support the HR team in compliance with Payroll and social security matters of the group with both VAT including preparation of company corporate tax packs and VAT returns ·
Key point of contact for auditors, taking day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running of the audit process
