Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced affiliate marketing manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing and be able to effectively drive traffic and sales through our affiliate program.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and building relationships with existing affiliates
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and sales through our affiliates
Track and analyze affiliate performance data, and optimize campaigns to improve results
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and strategies
Proficiency with affiliate tracking and reporting tools such as Commission Junction and ShareASale
Experience with SEO and paid advertising is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
