The Customer Service Representative is the face of Arvan Tech and impacts users' service experience through the manner in which customer service inquiries and problems via the Internet. Customer inquiries are of a basic and at times complex nature. Engages, consults and educates users based on the user’s unique needs, preferences, and understanding of Arvan Tech plans, tools, and resources to help guide the members along a clear path to care.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and would like to be part of our member services team that supports the needs and care of our users.
We have 2 rotating shifts including morning (8AM - 4PM) and Night (4PM - 12AM) shifts.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
Answers questions and resolves issues based on the user's live chat and customer service online ticket.
Documents and tracks contacts with users, providers, and plan sponsors.
Handles extensive document requests. Assists in the preparation of complaint trend reports. Assists in compiling claim data for customer audits.
Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently.
Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Required Skills:
English communication skills, written and verbal
Familiarity with Word/Excel is a plus
Video Game knowledge is a plus
