شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts for Artaniom Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and Technology! Knowledge of Blockchain and/or Art is a big plus.


 
 Responsibilities:

  • Develop Inbound Marketing strategy and planning
  • Lead marketing spending, planning, executing, and evaluation across marketing spend (e.g., paid adv, PR & KOL, user campaigns, sponsorships, etc.).
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, derive insights, and develop high-impact recommendations for executive business leaders.
  • Measure marketing incrementality through multiple statistical techniques (e.g., A/B and multivariate testing) and causal impact analyses.
  • Provide critical data insights to help marketers shape new or existing campaigns, continue to identify growth opportunities, and data-driven recommendations to improve budget investments.
  • Work with complex datasets, ensuring that our marketing activities are tracked and measured appropriately by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Finance teams to find solutions to challenges
  • Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification, and reporting enhancements
  • Optimizing CPI, CPL, CAC, and conversion rate
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
 

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic Marketing function or a Marketing role supporting analytics.
  • Analytical problem solver with extensive experience building complex financial and operating models
  • Ability to craft executive-level presentations and develop succinct narratives outlining the key points of a deliverable and next-step action items
  • Deep experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio
  • Deep experience with Google Ads 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Tracking customers' behavior and providing solutions to improve journeys
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Helping the SEO team to improve the website and blog's organic traffic
  • Proposing and brainstorming the launch of new and engaging campaigns
  • Highly disciplined, team player, high sense of ownership, and a fast learner
