Responsible for sales strategy, planning, forecasting, territory design, sales performance reporting, sales workflow, and analytics.
Collaborate with executives and art directors in preparing artistic and commercial proposals.
Lead negotiations with customers until reaching the agreement.
Directly manage the sales team, monitor the performance and provide training and coaching
Responsible for reaching the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
Responsible for the daily support of the sales team ensuring all is on track for achieving KPIs.
Managing the budget for promotional campaigns, travel and other sales expenses
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Manage and prioritize projects, timelines, and deals effectively.
Understand the pains, needs, and challenges of clients.
Work as part of the wider Sales and Marketing teams
Basic Qualifications
+7 years of experience in international sales
Proven knowledge on business issues, trends and technological advances in the Entertainment Industry.
Fluent in English, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Competent in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Problem-solving skills with minimal oversight.
Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, and to work well in a team environment.
Able to think strategically, capable of working independently and managing a variety of initiatives/issues simultaneously.

An ability to think laterally and find business opportunities in the everyday
Required Education
BA/MS or 5 years of relative industry sales experience.
MBA graduation is a plus.
