Arssin is an animation studio, video marketing, branding and advertising agency. Our clients are mainly from Europe and North America and we’re searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Expert to strengthen our digital marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing operations as well as the digital marketing services we provide to our clients. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the owner of our digital performance (both owned & earned channels), with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience.
• Plan and execute multiplatform digital marketing campaigns (Paid & Organic)
• Be the point of contact for clients and agencies as needed.
• Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around our digital channels.
• Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point
• Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities. Working with art and copywriting professionals to meet digital marketing goals
• Full understanding of all social media platforms

Requirements:
• Highly successful track record in a digital marketing role.
• Proven experience working on international websites and digital channels
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience with SEO, lead generation and paid PPC campaigns
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Incredible attention to detail
• Problem solving and time management skills
