His/ Her main responsibilities will be as as follows:
-Managing the accounting department
-Forecasting budgets
-Managing cash flow
-Keeping accurate records of company's accounts
-Compliance with government regulations (like tax, social insurance)
-Maintaining relationships with relevant banks and insurance organizations
-Preparing and interpreting management accounting and financial reports.
Having good technical knowledge of IFRS and experience with global financial audits/compliance are preferred.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Graduation from one of the following subjects:
accounting / finance management
business/ MBA
economics
management
mathematics
statistics.
- Expert Knowledge of Iranian Accounting Standard (IR GAAP)
-Good IT and ICDL skills and MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and especially Excel)
-Hands-on experience with accounting / ERP software systems
-Over 4 years of experience in a similar position in an SME
-Being professional in project accounting, cost accounting, financial standards, taxation and insurance rules, statistical analysis, financial planning and budgeting
-Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
-Strong attention to details and an investigative nature
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Being responsible and committed
