شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Train and Supervise sales representatives and assistants
Receive and report on all sales leads
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

Working hours: from 9 to 18 (6 days a week).

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor's degree (preferably business administration, commerce or related field)
+ 5 years of previous experience in customer support, customer service, sales or a related field (demonstrated and proven sales results)
Proven track record in managing or supervising sales teams
Good knowledge of work-related computer applications, such as CRM and telephone systems;
Ability to learn about the functioning of services as well as explaining and describing them to the audience;
Proficient in at least one of English, Arabic or Turkish languages at least 70%;
high capacity to accept criticism and the ability to easily face the customer's negative response;
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

Good to have:

Familiar with global financial markets.
Proficient in the third language at least 70%.

Salary and benefits:

Monthly payment 300 USD
Bonuses and commissions in dollars relative to performance.
Completely remote
The possibility of promotion and salary increase.
Free in-service training (extensive and continuous training about global financial markets)
