We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to strengthen our online presence and lead our organic search performance.

Position Overview:

The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing SEO strategies to improve search rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase online visibility. This role will require collaboration with content, marketing, and technical teams to ensure all SEO initiatives are aligned with our business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement SEO Strategies:
    • Create and execute tailored SEO strategies that align with business goals.
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Plan and implement effective link-building campaigns.
  2. Monitor and Analyze SEO Performance:
    • Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track website performance.
    • Analyze data to measure the impact of SEO strategies and suggest improvements.
    • Provide detailed reports with actionable insights for management.
  3. Optimize On-Page and Technical SEO:
    • Work with technical teams to fix crawl, index, and performance issues.
    • Ensure on-page SEO elements (meta tags, header tags, internal links) are optimized.
    • Improve site architecture to enhance search engine friendliness and user experience.
  4. Collaborate on Content Strategy:
    • Partner with the content team to develop SEO-optimized content.
    • Provide SEO guidelines and best practices for content creation.
    • Plan content roadmaps focused on high-impact keywords and industry trends.
  5. Execute Off-Page SEO and Link-Building:
    • Lead initiatives to build high-quality backlinks to boost domain authority.
    • Monitor and manage the backlink profile, identifying and removing toxic links.
    • Support content promotion and outreach to improve visibility.
  6. Conduct SEO Audits and Ensure Compliance:
    • Perform regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with SEO best practices and search engine guidelines.
    • Address penalties or algorithm-related issues to maintain search visibility.
  7. Stay Current with SEO Trends:
    • Keep up with the latest SEO developments, algorithm updates, and trends.
    • Refine SEO strategies based on changes in search engine algorithms.
    • Educate the team on SEO best practices and developments.
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in SEO strategy development and implementation.
    • Proven record of increasing search rankings and driving organic traffic.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
    • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote environments.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of international SEO and multi-language optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO troubleshooting.
  • Experience with content marketing and digital outreach for link-building.
