As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our remote team.

Position Overview:

As an SEO Specialist at Aron Groups, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure our digital content and websites are optimized for search engines and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking, to improve search engine visibility.
- Ensure all content is aligned with SEO best practices, including keyword density, readability, and relevance.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and conversions.
Technical SEO:
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site architecture, crawlability, mobile optimization, and page speed.
- Optimize website structure, sitemaps, and URL hierarchy for better search engine indexing.
- Implement structured data (schema markup) to enhance search engine results.
Off-Page SEO:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic search rankings.
- Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure link quality and relevance.
- Engage in outreach activities to build relationships with industry influencers and secure high-quality backlinks.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track performance metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Generate detailed reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve SEO strategies and outcomes.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital efforts.
- Communicate SEO requirements and best practices to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Keep the team informed about changes in search engine algorithms and trends in the SEO industry.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new SEO techniques and strategies to improve performance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance website performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Skills:
- Proficiency in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

Experience in the financial services industry.
Certification in SEO or related fields.
Familiarity with PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
