شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position Overview:
We at Aron Groups are looking for a motivated Financial Employee to join our team remotely. This position involves maintaining and updating financial records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, tracking and analyzing financial data, and providing timely and accurate reports.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records in the CRM system.
Manage financial transactions, document entries, and prepare periodic financial reports.
Analyze financial data and provide accurate reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Address customer financial inquiries and provide support on financial and accounting matters.

Skills and Competencies:

English Proficiency: 70% level.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in working with numbers and performing calculations.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capability to collect, analyze financial data, and generate related reports.
Proficiency in Excel and Related Software: Full command of Excel and financial software.
Experience with CRM Software: Strong experience working with CRM systems.

Working Conditions:

Shifts: This position involves rotating 9-hour shifts.
