As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Transaction Monitoring Specialist to join our remote team. The selected candidate will begin in our support unit to gain essential experience before transitioning into the Transaction Monitoring Specialist role.

Position Overview:

The Transaction Monitoring Specialist plays a pivotal role within our brokerage firm, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of transactions and withdrawals while managing potential risks. Additionally, the Monitoring Specialist will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through superior service, rigorous analysis, and strategic reporting. Initially, you will work in the support unit to familiarize yourself with our systems, processes, and client needs, eventually taking on full monitoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Unit Training: 
    • Start in the support unit to gain a comprehensive understanding of our transaction processes, customer profiles, and regulatory requirements. 
    • Assist with client inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a smooth client experience and learning the intricacies of transaction management. 
  • Transaction Monitoring: 
    • Analyze market pricing data and develop pricing strategies. 
    • Profile customers to improve service offerings and pricing models. 
  • Pricing Data Analysis & Reporting: 
    • Analyze pricing data across various financial markets, identifying trends and opportunities to inform pricing strategies. 
    • Profile customers to understand their behavior and preferences, using insights to enhance service offerings and pricing models. 
  • Reporting & Strategic Decision Support: 
    • Generate detailed reports on transaction activities, pricing data, and customer profiles, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. 
  • Regulatory Compliance: 
    • Ensure all transactions and pricing strategies comply with industry regulations and company policies. 
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust processes as needed to maintain compliance. 
  • Customer Service Enhancement: 
    • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty. 
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in the brokerage or financial services industry.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
