About Us

At Aron Groups, we are committed to delivering high-quality financial services while building a strong digital presence. As we expand, we are looking for a results-driven and strategic Content Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our brokerage.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing content teams, and a proven ability to create high-quality financial and trading-related content. If you are passionate about content marketing, SEO, and digital strategy, we’d love to have you on board.

Location: Fully Remote (Offices in London & Cyprus)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $350 - $400 per month

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a content strategy for our website, blog, social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns.
Lead and manage a content team, including writers, editors and translators.
Create and oversee a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
Analyze content performance metrics such as engagement rates, organic traffic, and conversion rates to optimize strategy.
Work closely with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines.
Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and high-quality content across all platforms.
Write and oversee the creation of high-quality content on topics related to Forex, cryptocurrency, trading education, market analysis, and financial tools.
Identify new content opportunities based on market trends and audience needs.
Oversee content localization and translation for international audiences.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in content management (preferably in fintech, trading, or brokerage industries).
Strong expertise in SEO content strategies and content marketing.
In-depth knowledge of Forex, cryptocurrency, and financial markets.
Excellent writing skills in Persian, with a good understanding of English for research and communication.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, and content planning tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing remote teams.
