Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through various channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to promote our brokerage services
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role, preferably in the brokerage or financial services industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
High level of professionalism and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Experience in remote sales and virtual client engagement
Knowledge of brokerage services and financial markets
