About Aron Groups:
Aron Groups is a growing brokerage company that provides financial services to customers worldwide. We are committed to building an engaging and active online presence, and we’re looking for a Social Media Administrator to help us grow our audience, create exciting content, and manage our social media platforms.

What You’ll Do:

Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
Create and Schedule Content: Work with the marketing team to create high-quality posts, graphics, and videos. Schedule content to keep our audience engaged and informed.
Engage with the Audience: Respond to comments and messages, interact with followers, and build a positive community around our brand.
Track Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to monitor and report on performance, helping us improve our strategy.
Support Campaigns: Help run and manage paid social media campaigns to promote our services and increase reach.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms.
Skills: Strong writing, communication, and creative skills. Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Canva).
Passion for Social Media: Enthusiasm for creating engaging content and growing an online community.
Analytical Skills: Ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of paid social campaigns and digital advertising.
