We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our digital marketing initiatives, optimizing performance across multiple channels.

Position Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize data-driven digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and growth. You’ll work across PPC, paid social media, display advertising, and more, focusing on maximizing ROI through strategic campaign management and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media).
Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion.
Manage budgets efficiently, run A/B tests, and optimize landing pages.
Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL), providing insights for optimization.
Utilize data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to identify trends and improve campaigns.
Collaborate with SEO and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Utilize advanced audience targeting and segmentation techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience managing PPC, paid social, and display campaigns.
Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Social Media).
Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data processing and analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, with skills in data modeling and analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Python programming (data analysis).
Experience in financial services or affiliate marketing.
amiliarity with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies.
