Role Overview

The CRM Accounting Supervisor oversees the accounting operations within the CRM system, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data. They are responsible for managing a team of CRM Accounting Employees, guiding them in daily tasks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. The key objectives include leading the team effectively, ensuring precise financial records, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

What We Are Looking For

Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting software.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Command of English is around 60%, with strong reading and writing skills.
Experiences:
- Minimum of 5 years in an accounting role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Proven experience in managing CRM systems in a financial context.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the CRM Accounting team.
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of financial records within the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Develop and implement strategies for improving financial processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Provide training and support to the CRM Accounting team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive financial management.
Address and resolve complex accounting issues and discrepancies.
