شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview: The CRM Accounting Supervisor oversees accounting operations within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Responsibilities include managing a team of CRM Accounting Employees, guiding daily tasks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM and accounting software, advanced MS Office (Excel), about 60% English proficiency.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting (2 years in a supervisory role), proven CRM management experience.
Attributes: Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the CRM Accounting team.
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of financial records.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Develop strategies for improving financial processes.
Conduct regular audits for data accuracy.
Provide training and support to the team.
Collaborate with other departments for cohesive financial management.
Address and resolve complex accounting issues.

The role involves working 9-hour rotating shifts.
