We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead strategic initiatives across digital channels, driving performance and customer acquisition.

Position Overview: As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including PPC, social media, and display advertising. Your focus will be on maximizing ROI by leveraging advanced data analysis and performance optimization techniques, ensuring the successful execution of our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media) to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and fine-tune campaigns regularly to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Manage budgets effectively, conduct A/B testing, and optimize landing pages to enhance performance.
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals.
Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Leverage data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to identify trends and drive campaign optimizations.
Collaborate closely with SEO and design teams to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing efforts.
Employ advanced audience targeting and segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC, paid social, and display advertising campaigns.
Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Social Media.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Solid foundation in mathematics and statistics, with experience in data modeling and interpretation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
Experience in financial services or affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with SQL for database queries and data extraction.
Understanding of programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies.
