Job description:

we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and electronic media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. Your responsibilities:

Plans and illustrates concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics.
Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Test graphics across various media.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software like Figma, miro adobe xd and … .
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years graphic design experience for digital products or services.
Portfolio of extensive designs used in successful marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
Strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail.
Exceptional creativity and innovation.
Knowledge of UI/UX is a plus
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Good communication skills in English.
