شرح موقعیت شغلی

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (on-site/Hybrid) ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in AI and will excel in developing cutting-edge speech recognition and synthesis solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement state-of-the-art ASR/TTS models and algorithms for the Persian Language.
  • Python Programming: Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
  • API Development: Design, develop, and maintain APIs to integrate with other systems and services.
  • Data Management: Manage and preprocess speech data, including labeling and preparing datasets for training and evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • AI Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI, with a focus on ASR and TTS technologies.
  • Programming Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python.
  • ASR/TTS Proficiency: Expertise in a number of related frameworks for asr like Kaldi and Whisper and tts, including but not limited to tacotron2, fastspeech2 for model training and fine-tuning.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow or Keras.
  • Familiarity with speech labeling systems.
  • Proficiency in managing and configuring ubuntu servers for AI related purposes.
  • Version Control: Experience in using git efficiently for source control management.
  • Passion for Innovation: A genuine enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ASR, and TTS technologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Work within Agile frameworks to deliver high-quality products on time.

Optional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Persian ASR/TTS systems.
  • Proficiency in web frameworks like FastAPI, Flask.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose.
  • Basic Server Management, oversee server management tasks to ensure smooth operation and deployment of containerized ASR and TTS systems.
