شرح موقعیت شغلی

We seek a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clean, visually appealing, efficient, and seamless user interfaces and user experience, incorporating creativity wherever possible. You will play a key role in ensuring that all design aspects, including user flows and accessibility, are thoughtfully considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clean, visually engaging, and functional UI designs that align with modern UI principles.
  • Manage and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
  • Ensure that all designs are user-centered, accessible, and have seamless user flows.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Work effectively with front-end developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented, performing quality checks to verify adherence to design standards.
  • Continuously refine designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, functional designs and user-centered approaches.
  • Hands-on experience managing and evolving design systems.
  • Deep understanding of UI principles, UX best practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to conduct user research and apply insights to design improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and developers.
Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience in responsive design and accessibility guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
