شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description

 -Defining sales strategies and policies
-Providing annual sales plan
-Distributing customer requests among the sales teams
-Manage and supervise resellers and representative and negotiate with them
-Coordination with production and planning manager regarding sales issues
-Generate analytical reports regarding sales forecast
-Generate sales reports for board meetings
-Requires occasional travel inside and outside the country
on both internal and external resources; 
- Collaborate with different departments in lunching organization’s sales targets;
 - Perform calculation and prepare standard computational models to investigate development or establish new lines for income for present products and services in terms of validity of economic calculations and profitability; 
 - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements. 


 Requirements

 -BS/MA in Mechanical or Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecom)

Engineering (Industrial)

Related educations


-Minimum 2 years’ experience in field of sales engineering in industrial companies
-Expert in B2B industrial sales
-Familiar with gearbox
-Ability to issue documents and instructions related sales and marketing
Having engineering sales certificates is a plus. 

-  Previous sales engineering experience required  : at least 4-6 years

- Full knowledge of ICDL, Internet skills, 

- Providing needed reports on assigned tasks 

- Ability to travel whenever it will be needed. 

- Capability to organize several tasks under pressure, problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

- Effective communication skills

- Self-motivated and teamwork-oriented 

- Military service accomplishment is a must

-Expert in planning and project control
-Expert in analyzing data 
-Technical skills such as advanced knowledge of the products being sold and ability to assist customers with any technical problems 
-Problem solving
-Salesmanship and communication skills
-Negotiation Skills
-Fluent in English
