شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Role:
- Assist with and review deliverables prepared by staff accountants.
- Ensure daily accounting operations, such as Accounts Payable, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Capitalized Software Costs, and T&E expenses are completed timely.
- Collaborate with other accounting team members to complete all month-end close procedures, including the preparation of journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and flux analyses.
- Assist accounting manager with full-cycle A/P using tools.
- Assist the Accounting & Finance Managers with budget/forecast changes.
- Work with the Controller and Accounting Manager on various projects such as year-end tax reporting, system implementations, accounting process improvements, and audit/tax requests.
- Assist in ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably 2+ in start-up.
- Solid knowledge of Accounting System.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as well as with minimal supervision.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ownership mentality, someone who takes initiative.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience with Farvardin Accounting software strongly preferred.
- Sharp analytical skills and a problem solver who consistently practices attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
