Mobile Product Designer

Location: Tehran (Remote flexibility available)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our innovative team and contribute to the design of cutting-edge mobile applications. As a Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for crafting seamless and engaging user interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. This role requires a creative individual who can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn visions into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine user interfaces for our mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Manage all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve design quality.
  • Perform usability tests and use the findings to guide future design improvements.
  • Uphold best practices for versioning control, presentation, and sharing of design deliverables.
  • Utilize Figma for creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Consistently apply Material Design 3 guidelines and iOS design principles across platforms.
  • Engage in Agile development processes and participate actively in sprint planning sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, specifically for mobile applications (Android/iOS).
  • Proficiency in Figma, capable of prototyping and facilitating team collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of Material Design 3 and iOS design guidelines.
  • Experience in conducting usability tests and applying insights to design projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your previous work and design process.
Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with additional design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator.
  • Strong communication skills, able to express ideas and design rationale both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
