Scrum Master Intern

About the Internship

Mazraeh is looking for a motivated, organized, and responsible Scrum Master Intern to join our product and software development team. You will gain hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, project coordination, and product development processes in a fast-growing technology startup.

Responsibilities

Assist the Product Owner and team members in planning and tracking activities
Support the organization and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and meetings
Follow up on tasks and ensure progress is properly tracked and updated
Prepare project progress reports and meeting documentation
Help identify team impediments and follow up on their resolution
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team productivity
Learn and apply Agile and Scrum principles in real-world projects

Required Qualifications

Basic understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
High level of responsibility and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize, document, and follow up on activities
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Positive attitude, energy, and eagerness for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
Basic understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle
English proficiency is considered a plus

Internship Details

Internship duration: 3 months
Potential full-time employment opportunity upon successful completion of the program
Internship compensation is negotiable and ranges from 50% up to the official labor law salary level
Practical training and mentorship in Scrum, Agile project management, team coordination, and communication skills
