شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Content/Social Manager to oversee and manage the creative output of our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing our social media presence, and leading the creative team to ensure consistent, engaging, and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that align with ApplyBuddy's brand, goals, and target audience.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) by curating engaging content, monitoring trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Art Direction: Oversee the creation of visual content (graphics, videos, motion graphics, etc.) and ensure it aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO team, designers, performance marketers, and other departments to ensure cohesive content across all channels.
Creative Leadership: Lead the content and design teams, providing guidance on concept development, storytelling, and design trends.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, from concept to completion, analyzing performance and making data-driven improvements.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content, whether written or visual, maintains consistency in tone, style, and aesthetics across all ApplyBuddy platforms.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content management, social media marketing, and art direction.
Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing.
Experience managing social media channels, especially in the education sector.
Ability to lead and inspire a creative team, while meeting deadlines and goals.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with a focus on driving engagement and brand growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the education industry or working with international student programs.
Multi-language skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
