Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Manage the designs, installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and telecommunications services such as personal computers, system software, software applications, printers, servers, routers, bridges, switches, cabling, and Internet service providers.
• Oversee all aspects of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), including help desk and technical support services.
• Oversee all web marketing functions for Multifamily and Corporate sites, including SEO and SEM activities
• Develops and implements policies and procedures related to network hardware and software acquisition, use, support, security, and backup.
• Responsible for network and data security including management of user access.
• Develops and communicates standards for use, operations, and security of network, personal computers, and data.
• Consults with other managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives including researching and evaluating new technologies as appropriate.
• Manages vendors as needed for hardware, software, telecommunications, etc.
• Develops and implements disaster recovery procedures.
• Managing financial aspects of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review.
• Negotiate and administer vendor, consultant contracts and service agreements.
• Other duties as assigned, including project management responsibilities as needed.
