Responsibilities:


  • Content Strategy Development: Crafting a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, audience needs, and SEO practices.
  • Research and Trend Analysis: Conducting thorough research to stay ahead of industry trends and to produce relevant and timely content.
  • Content Creation and Editing: Writing, editing, and producing high-quality content across various formats, including articles, blogs, videos, and social media posts.
  • SEO Optimization: Ensuring content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and reach.
  • Content Calendar Management: Planning and managing a content calendar to ensure consistent publication across all platforms.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to create cohesive and brand-aligned content.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing content performance metrics to understand effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
  • Audience Engagement: Engaging with the audience through comments, messages, and social media to foster a community around the brand.
  • Brand Voice Consistency: Maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content pieces.
  • Content Distribution: Strategizing and executing the distribution of content across various channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Day-to-Day Duties:


  • Content Writing and Editing: Crafting and refining written content.
  • SEO Research: Conducting keyword research and applying SEO best practices to content.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Meeting with team members for briefings and to align on content goals.
  • Content Scheduling: Scheduling content for publication across various platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Posting content on social media and engaging with followers.
  • Analyzing Content Performance: Reviewing analytics to gauge content performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor content strategies.
  • Visual Content Creation: Working on or overseeing the creation of visual content, such as images or videos.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensuring all content is error-free and upholds the brand's quality standards.
  • Feedback Implementation: Incorporating feedback from team members or audience insights into content revisions.

Qualifications:


  • Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to produce clear, compelling, and grammatically correct content.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation.
  • Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting research and applying findings to enhance content quality and relevance.
