شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our client's media marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various media channels.
You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving marketing goals.

Job Requirement:

At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing
Expert knowledge of sales funnels, content strategy and email marketing
Good knowledge and proven experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google AdsHands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Webflow, Clickfunnels, Mailchimp, Zapier or alternatives
Ability to multitask to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong project management skills with a focus on results
Flexibility, initiative and independent work
Excellent written and verbal communication
Native/bilingual in German and fluent in spoken and written English
Willingness to get hands on and enjoy working in a team

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels (TV, radio, print, digital).
Manage media planning and buying.
Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in media marketing, with a focus on [specific media channels, e.g., TV, radio, print].
Strong understanding of the media landscape and audience demographics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals.
