Amir Taj Airana, is an online platform for selling car parts. To Expand our operations, we are looking for experienced customer service representatives who are familiar with English language .
Responsibilities
Analyze our existing data sources to generate more and bigger inbound opportunities and Manage large amounts of email.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Respond to inbound interest and nurture key decision makers towards conversion
Ensuring a high level of acquisition, renewal, and satisfaction rates
Update and manage all activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Work with related departments and provide constructive feedback to leadership, development, marketing, and support teams regarding market knowledge and analysis.
Run and manage virtual presentations to leads and customers when necessary
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications
At least 2 years of closing experience at a B2C within the SME market
Strong organization skills and experience using a CRM and other tools
Ability to effectively and energetically present to customers, peers, and leadership
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
A storyteller, negotiator, and entrepreneur
A creative thinker, aggressive analyzer, and deft communicator
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:30
