Job Opportunity: Social Media Administrator , Content Creator & Manager (Full-time, Remote)

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, remote position focused on content creation, management, and social media account updates. The selected candidate will oversee multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across channels.

Key Requirements:

- Remote, Full-Time: Applicants must ensure reliable internet connectivity, stable IP access, and availability on WhatsApp and all relevant social media platforms at all times.

- Single-Person Role: Collaboration with other agencies or companies is strictly prohibited.

- Location & Working Hours: Rima Holding operates across Iran, Italy, and Canada, adhering to European holiday schedules.

Trial Period: All candidates, regardless of experience, will undergo a mandatory probationary period of 90 to 180 days. Upon meeting target performance standards, the candidate may be offered a formal contract with Rima Holding, either under Italian or Canadian employment terms.

Contract Terms:

- Candidates who complete two years of continuous service will be eligible to receive an employment invitation to facilitate potential relocation. This opportunity is strictly unavailable prior to the two-year mark.

- During the trial period, compensation is based on a revenue-sharing model without a fixed salary.

- After successful contract finalization, compensation will include a base salary with additional revenue-based incentives.

- Salary payments are conducted exclusively in foreign currency or can be deposited into your digital wallet or Bank Melli or Mellat accounts.

Required Skills (Mandatory):

1. Proficiency in Adobe Software: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.

2. Content Ideation and Video Production: Ability to ideate, script, and deliver video content across multiple social media platforms

3. Professionalism & Team Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to collaborative work.

4. Creativity and Problem Solving: Ability to innovate and self-manage challenges effectively.

5. Marketing Strategy & Media Sales: Expertise in media marketing, including social media sales and strategic campaigns.

6. Platform Algorithm Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube algorithms.

7. Smart Content Creation: Capability to produce engaging and innovative content.

8. Communication Tools: Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Meet, and Skype for regular communications.

9. Adaptability with AI Tools: Proficiency in utilizing the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence for content creation.
