Job Title: Crypto Trader / Analyst
Location: Sharif Technology Tower
Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Responsibilities:
• Trading & Portfolio Management:
• Actively trade and manage a diversified portfolio of cryptocurrencies to achieve consistent profitability.
• Execute trades based on market insights, technical analysis, and fundamental research.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of crypto assets, DeFi protocols, and blockchain projects.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends and their potential impact on crypto markets.
• Utilize technical analysis tools to identify trading opportunities and manage risk.
• Sentiment Analysis:
• Assess market sentiment through social media, on-chain data, and other relevant sources to inform trading decisions.
• Risk Management:
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure portfolio resilience.
• Trade Journaling:
• Maintain a detailed trade journal to track performance, refine strategies, and improve decision-making.


Qualifications:

 • Experience:
• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in trading and managing crypto portfolios.
• Proven track record of consistent profitability over the last few years, supported by a detailed trade journal.
• Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of crypto fundamentals, including tokenomics, blockchain technology, and market structures.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and their correlation with crypto markets.
• Proficiency in technical analysis and charting tools (e.g., TradingView, Exocharts).
• Familiarity with sentiment analysis tools and techniques.
• Mindset:
• High degree of discipline and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent decision-making skills, even during periods of market volatility.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with on-chain analysis and blockchain data tools (e.g., Glassnode, Dune Analytics).
• Background in finance, economics, or quantitative fields.
• Experience in trading other asset classes (e.g., equities, forex, commodities) is a plus.
