We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Manager to develop, implement, and oversee content strategies that resonate with our brand voice and align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and financial services sectors, with a focus on delivering high-quality and relevant content tailored to our target audience of investors, traders, and industry professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and editing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to produce a diverse range of content, including articles, social media posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and video scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:
• Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that establishes Algorock as a thought leader in the cryptocurrency and financial services sectors.
• Align content initiatives with marketing goals, product launches, and key market trends.
• Conduct competitive analyses to identify content gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
2. Content Creation & Management:
• Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, press releases, whitepapers, social media content, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with investment analysts and portfolio managers to translate complex financial concepts into engaging, accessible content.
• Manage content production workflows, including content calendars, deadlines, and publication schedules.
3. Social Media & Community Engagement:
• Develop and implement a social media content strategy for platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
• Create compelling posts that promote content, showcase Algorock’s achievements, and engage with the crypto community.
• Monitor social media trends and discussions within the cryptocurrency industry to ensure our brand remains relevant and responsive.
4. SEO & Content Optimization:
• Optimize website and blog content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices across all written content.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, engagement) to refine content strategies effectively.
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
• Stay informed about cryptocurrency market trends, blockchain developments, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze competitors’ content strategies and industry news to keep our content competitive and cutting-edge.
• Provide insights to the team on emerging topics and opportunities for content creation.
6. Collaborations & Partnerships:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, investment, and compliance teams, to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external content creators, freelancers, and PR agencies as needed.
• Coordinate with designers and video producers to create multimedia content that complements written material.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field. A background in finance or blockchain technology is a plus.
• Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or communications, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality written and multimedia content.
• Experience managing social media accounts and building online communities.

Skills:

• Strong writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
• In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and DeFi.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs).
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, reader-friendly content.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
