Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in increasing our brand’s visibility, enhancing client engagement, and supporting business growth in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors. The ideal candidate should combine strong academic knowledge with hands-on experience in marketing, especially in customer relationship management (CRM), marketing communications, and product marketing. This role focuses on client relationships, account management, and communicating value propositions, rather than event management or digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communication:


• Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey our brand’s message to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Write, edit, and oversee marketing materials, including newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and website content, ensuring consistency in tone and style.

Product Marketing Management:

• Collaborate with the product team to understand both new and existing products and translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages.
• Create go-to-market strategies for new product launches, aligning with overall marketing and sales goals.
• Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate our offerings and resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, applying these insights to inform product marketing.

Brand Management & Strategy:

• Ensure all client communications consistently reflect our brand values and strategic positioning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials and client communications are up-to-date with our latest products and services.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining compliance with industry regulations while effectively engaging our audience.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Design and implement a CRM strategy to manage client interactions, ensure data accuracy, and monitor engagement across touchpoints.
• Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to analyze client behavior, identify engagement opportunities, and personalize communications.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure CRM efforts align with business objectives and support lead nurturing.

Customer Success Management:

• Develop strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
• Monitor client satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and other tools, providing actionable insights to improve services.
• Educate clients on our products and services through tailored communication and training to maximize the value of our offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with sales, product, and research teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive client engagement.
• Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge, messaging, and effective use of marketing materials.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure offline efforts integrate seamlessly with digital strategies, creating a cohesive customer journey.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; a PhD is a plus, especially in finance, blockchain, or digital marketing.
• Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience.
• Hands-On Experience: Demonstrated expertise in CRM strategy development, account management, and customer success. Proven experience working directly with clients to align their needs with company offerings.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messaging for diverse audiences, including retail and institutional clients.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and delivering insights to improve engagement and retention.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, able to work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal departments.
• Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving industry and adjust strategies to meet changing market conditions and client needs.
