شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a software architect who is familiar with the functioning of online digital currency exchanges at Bitshal. If you can work on-site full-time, that would be preferable. However, if not, hybrid or remote collaboration is also possible.

Requirements:
Complete mastery of the optimal functioning of online exchanges in the wallet section, trading core, and trading bot.
Preferably skilled in Golang.

Prerequisites:

work ethics, discipline, and seriousness are very important
Significant skill in architecture and programming
At least 6 years of team management experience
Mastering the concepts and structure of Agile management and project control methods

Skills and Duties:

It is essential to have prior experience dealing with Blockchain technology and Crypto Exchange architecture!
Strong Hands on : Golang , JS , Socket.io , RabbitMQ , Graphql , PostgreSQL , Redis , Testing
Micro-services
Software Architecture : Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS
DevOps Lifecycle
CEH, LPIC 1, LPIC 2
Agile Methodologies
Code review
Clickup, Jira - Confluence
Implement CI/CD for all projects
Implement git flow and git convention for branching and committing
Managing project scope before, during and post delivery
Determining requirements and providing project estimates and timelines
Overseeing deployments and new releases
Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects
Providing leadership, support and motivation to technical team members
Ensuring project stays within budget and identifying scope creep
Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions
Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with agile methodologies
Necessary familiarity with UI/UX
