Reverse Auction for Architectural Design: Cyrus Mall

Overview:

OZure Inc. invites experienced architects and designers to participate in a reverse auction for the design of a virtual shopping mall in the Metaverse, inspired by the architecture of Persepolis. This unique project, named Cyrus Mall, aims to recreate the grandeur of ancient Persian architecture within an immersive virtual environment.

Project Details:

Project Name: Cyrus Mall

Inspiration: Ancient Persian architecture, particularly the monumental style of Persepolis.

Scope: The design should capture the essence of Persepolis, incorporating elements such as grand columns, detailed bas-reliefs, and expansive spaces. The mall will include shops, corridors, collaborative spaces, gaming areas, and event venues such as cinemas and concert halls.

Medium: Virtual environment in the Metaverse, adaptable for various web-based installations.

Design Deliverables: A portfolio of hand-made sketches that clearly demonstrate the design of different parts of the mall, including but not limited to shops, corridors, collaborative spaces, gaming areas, and event venues in detail.

Auction and Selection Criteria:

Auction Type: Reverse Auction (lowest bid with acceptable quality wins).

Selection Criteria: The selection will be based on the bidder’s previous experience in designing buildings inspired by Persepolis, either through practical projects or academic research (such as university dissertations).

Evaluation Process: We will assess participants based on their portfolio and relevant experience. The detailed criteria for the design will be provided to the selected designer.

Submission Deadline: January 31, 2025

Budget and Legal Details:

Budget: Up to USD 1,500.

Intellectual Property: All rights to the design will be reserved by OZure Inc. However, the designer will be credited in all legal documents, including the project in their professional portfolio and CV.

How to Participate:

Interested candidates should submit their bid, along with a portfolio that highlights relevant experience and hand-made sketches, by the submission deadline. Your portfolio should clearly demonstrate your ability to design immersive environments that draw inspiration from Persepolis.
