Are you a passionate and experienced environment artist, 3D Modeller, and ArchViz specialist with a keen eye for optimization? We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of stunning environments for our next generation of web applications. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Unreal Engine 5 and UV mapping to create visually captivating and immersive experiences optimized for web.

Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality 3D environments that are visually engaging, immersive, and optimized for optimal web performance.

- Utilize your proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 to construct compelling levels, emphasizing efficient asset creation, material development, media integration, and scene optimization.

- Collaborate closely with designers, programmers, and fellow artists to ensure environments align with project goals and enhance user experience.

- Efficiently navigate editor modes, including Landscape, foliage, brush editing, Mesh paint, and fracture and HDRI skymap.

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Dynamic and Stationary Lighting and Rendering in UE5, including Real-Time Raytracing and GPU Lightmass.

- Implement optimization techniques such as custom level of detail (LOD), Nanite, texture baking, and shader optimization to ensure smooth performance.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Unreal Engine 5, actively seeking ways to improve workflows and efficiency.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and providing constructive feedback to colleagues.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional environment artist with a proven track record.

- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and visually impressive environments built in Unreal Engine 5.

- Experience working with Unreal Engine plugins and tools like Niagara system, Volumetric fog.

- Proficient in working with Blender for 3D modelling and UV mapping, Nods and Hierarchy, Mesh Optimization.

- Ability to design and develop materials and textures in Substance 3D Painter.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Passionate about game development and the potential of immersive web experiences.
